Cancellation Policy
Most of the B&B's in the Cedar City area have established the same policy. We require a one night stay deposit per room at the time of booking. Two weeks notice must be given or deposit is retained as a cancellation fee. Shortened stays within two weeks will be charged full price. Any cancellation requires a $25 per room non-refundable charge. Groups of three rooms or more will forfeit entire deposit anytime they cancel (two weeks does not apply).
